- Further development and expansion of the worldwide expert knowledge regarding advanced problem solving methods (Six Sigma, Shainin, etc.) by selecting and developing suitable candidates for the expert network
- Coordination and implementation of the internal training program (Green / Black Belt training) as well as coaching of candidates during project implementation
- Ensuring progress and systematic root cause analysis of highly complex issues, escalated customer complaints, chronic defect cost drivers, critical problems during project phases, or severe supplier errors
- Strengthening the problem-solving culture in all technical areas through targeted communication of good practice examples
- Identification of issues with high financial impact or technical difficulty as well as coordination of derived improvement projects to achieve corporate goals
- Further development of problem-solving guidelines and standards by combining best practice applications or tools to fit current business needs
- Contact person for the most complex problems as well as representation of the company's interests in communication with customers, external expert networks or benchmark companies on the topic of problem solving
- Independent Monitoring and Analysis of Key Quality Metrics by tracking and analyzing quality KPIs, taking corrective actions in response to deviations or underperformance, and ensuring sustainable quality improvements
Your Profile
- Technical degree, alternatively a specialized further education and several years of professional experience in the relevant environment
- Several years of experience in leading and managing complex projects for sustainable defect elimination as a Six Sigma Master Black/Black Belt or Shainin Red X Master
- Solid operational experience and knowledge of the automotive industry
- Excellent knowledge of advanced problem-solving methods (Is/Is not, 5 Why, etc.)
- Strong communication skills as well as an independent and structured approach to work
- Extensive knowledge in project management and with leading international project teams
- Fluency in English as well as high intercultural competence
