Brose relies on in-house experience for management changes

Klaus Jungwirth appointed Head of the Seat Division:
Following a decision by the shareholders and the Advisory Board, Klaus Jungwirth (52) will assume responsibility for the Seat Business Division on May 1, 2025.
Mr. Jungwirth succeeds Andreas Jagl (57), who will leave the Brose Group on 30 April 2025. The shareholders and Advisory Board thank Mr. Jagl for his commitment since 2020 and wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.
Klaus Jungwirth joined the family-owned company in 1998 and has more than 27 years of professional experience in the seat business. After holding various positions in Germany and abroad, he has been in charge of the corresponding customer area since 2022 and has been the Deputy Division Manager for nine years.
In Klaus Jungwirth, the shareholders and Advisory Board have appointed an experienced manager to this responsible position and wish him every success in improving the quality and profitability of the division.
Ray Mirzaei becomes Brose China President:
In addition to his role as Head of Production (COO) China, Ray Mirzaei (60) will assume responsibility for Brose China on June 1, 2025 and will report to Michael Brandstetter, Head of the Door Business Division.
Mr. Mirzaei succeeds Jie Xiang, who will retire on 31 May 2025 after 27 years of successful service. The shareholders and management thank Ms. Xiang for her dedicated work and the development of the business in the China region.
Ray Mirzaei has more than 35 years of international experience in the automotive industry. He joined Brose in 2005 and became COO for Brose China two years later. With almost 20 years of experience in the family-owned company, Mr. Mirzaei is well suited to further develop Brose in the demanding Chinese automotive market.
