Brose China refers to entities established by Brose SE and operating in the People's Republic of China, including Brose China Co., Ltd., Brose Shanghai Electric Motors Co., Ltd, Brose Changchun Automotive Systems Co., Ltd, Brose Shenyang Automotive Systems Co., Ltd, Brose Beijing Automotive Systems Co., Ltd, Brose Taicang Automotive Systems Co., Ltd, Brose Taicang Automotive Drive Systems Co., Ltd, Brose Taicang Automotive Technologies Co., Ltd, Brose Chongqing Automotive Systems Co., Ltd, and Brose Guangzhou Automotive Systems Co., Ltd and other entities that will be established by Brose SE in China in the future.

If you apply for a job online through our website, we may need to transfer, or the affiliated entities (e.g., Brose Group headquarter) may access candidates’ personal information outside of China, for the purpose of providing matched job service etc. to candidates in the relevant recruitment activities, in order to achieve the purpose of Brose Group’s global operation and management. We will inform you of the details of the recipients before you provide your personal information and, pursuant to relevant laws, obtain your separate consent for the cross-border transfer of your personal information. We will strictly follow the relevant procedures for the transfer and processing of your personal information, and sign contracts with overseas recipients to ensure that your information is protected with a standard comparable to that in China.

5. Processing of children’s personal information

For the purposes of this privacy statement, we regard any minor who is under the age of 14 as a child. Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Our website is aimed at the general public and we do not collect or use children’s personal information. If there is indeed a necessity to collect or use children’s personal information, we will inform the guardians of the children in advance and obtain their separate consent. If we find that we have collected children’s personal information in the absence of the prior separate consent from authenticated guardians, we will attempt to delete the account and personal information as soon as possible.

6. Data collected automatically

We store “usage data” (IP address, access time, web pages visited, browser used) in the log files of our servers. This information is analyzed exclusively to improve our offering and does not enable us to identify you as an individual. Usage data is automatically deleted after 14 days.
