Maintenance Manager

Your tasks

Plan, organize, coordinate and control all the resources (human, material and financial) of the maintenance department according with the established KPI's
Train and lead the maintenance team to solve day-to-day operational issues in the production lines and reach the short and long-term performance goals
Analysis of repetitive problems in the production machines using simple problem solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and create OPL's to improve the knowledge of the team
Implement the 4.0 industry principles (e.g. mobile maintenance) into the maintenance department focused in the improvement of the maintenance KPI's
Plan the preventive and predictive maintenance activities in SAP based in the machine supplier recommendations, self-experience and OPL's for every production equipment
Follow up, measure and improve the preventive and predictive maintenance activities in coordination with the production department and external suppliers
Measure, analyze and improve all the findings or unusual situations reported by production during the autonomous maintenance
Develop an efficient ordering / usage system for the spare and wear parts required for the machines considering our regulations for budget and strategy (maintenance cube)

Your Profile

Basic studies in the technical field
Extensive experience on leadership roles with a proven expertise in production maintenance
Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 14001
Technical capability and understanding of complex production equipment
Knowledge about SAP system (module PM)
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Fluent English language skills
