Network administrator WLAN (m/f/d)

- Design, deploy, and manage WLANs and their standards to ensure robust coverage and performance
- Provisioning Cisco WLAN controllers through Cisco Catalyst Center
- 3rd Level WLAN Support (provide technical and troubleshooting support to ensure minimal downtime)
- Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for WLANs, TACACS and Radius Authentication
- Technical validation of WLAN and ISE software upgrades prior to global deployment
- Developing WLAN security standards together with our Brose IT-Security department to protect the integrity of our network and data
- Working with and training local and regional IT members on current WLAN standards
- Staying up to date on the latest WLAN trends and technologies (such as Cisco Spaces or WiFi 7)
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies: Knowledge of ITIL best practices, including incident management, problem management, change managemen
Your Profile
- University degree or comparable skills, at least 3 years of experience in a related technology field
- Experience with Cisco networks (especially in WLAN) is desirable
- Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE management is an asset
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including OSI layers
- Fluent English
- Communicative, team player, proactive approach
- Willingness to be on call
- Organizational talent and willingness to participate in projects.
