Lean Coordinator

- Creates project and workshop plan
- Communicates procedures and results in the plant and business units
- Train Lean methods and tools
- Enabling projects to introduce Lean specific methods
- Guarantee of the implementation agreements from workshops, trainings, etc. through independently conducted, regular follow-up
- Independent performance of Lean audits (self-assessment) while ensuring the group standard
Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years' professional experience in an industrial environment
- Experience in project management
- Mastery of LEAN methodologies (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, among others)
- Solid knowledge of business finance
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Availability to travel internationally
