Your tasks

  • Database support & development
  • PowerApps support & development
  • Apply data analysis techniques in Excel to draw conclusions
  • Research, suggest, and implement opportunities to automate common processes/procedures
  • Apply a technical background for general software support topics

Your Profile

  • Must be currently attending a college or university
  • Start Date- This position is planned to start May 1, 2024
  • Hybrid (in office at Auburn Hills location 3 days a week dependent on school schedule)
  • Able to work 15-20 hours per week on average during the school year/ flexible schedule
  • Able to work 30-40 hours per week on average during the summer/ flexible schedule
  • Must contain the following skillset:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in front-end development using MS Access and Visual Studio, including designing user interfaces and implementing user-friendly features.
  • Strong understanding of database development and management concepts, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
  • Experience with SQL for database querying and manipulation, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Power Platform, specifically with supporting in the development of Power Apps.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including proficiency in formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA for automation, including writing macros, user-defined functions, and advanced scripting.

Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in front-end development using MS Access and Visual Studio, including designing user interfaces and implementing user-friendly features.
  • Strong understanding of database development and management concepts, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
  • Experience with SQL for database querying and manipulation, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.

  • Willingness to learn software mediums that communicate with production equipment and extrapolating such data to drive decisions.

  • Microsoft: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visual Basic (VBA), Power Platform
  • Visual Studio // C#
