Maintenance Technician

- Repair of assembly and material handling equipment
- Servicing and preventive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructions
- Rebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)
- Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipment
- Detailed recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis in SAP
- Effective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and workorders
- Responsible for meeting the OSHA/safety requirements in the work area - maintain as required
- Proposals for job related and organization related improvements
- Ensure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness and keep your responsible area in order
- Use of tools for calibration
Your Profile
- Technician, High School, Apprenticeship Mechatronic
- 3 years experience in a maintenance department in the automotive industry
- Ensure compliance of quality systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out operations
- EDP knowledge (SAP R3, MS-Office)
- Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continous improvement
- Technical knowledge and skills in electric, SPS (Siemens), CNC, robot technique, electric hydraulics, electric pneumatic, measuring technique, power drive technique, BUS system (ASI, Profil)
